Using MeronDito

MeronDito is a neighborhood product discovery service. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using it. Store owners must be authorized to manage the business they register and be legally able to enter this agreement.

Listings and availability

Prices, availability, photos, and stock confirmation times are provided by merchants. They may change or be inaccurate. Confirm details with the store before traveling or buying. Store approval permits publication; it does not guarantee a merchant, product, or transaction.

No checkout or delivery

The current app does not accept payments, place orders, reserve stock, or arrange delivery. Purchases, refunds, delivery agreements, and disputes about goods are handled directly between customers and merchants, subject to applicable consumer rights.

Merchant responsibilities

Keep your account secure and your store and product information accurate. List only lawful goods you are authorized to offer. Do not impersonate another store, upload misleading photos, infringe others’ rights, or publish private personal information. Keep prices and stock status current.

Your content

You retain your rights in content you upload. You give MeronDito permission to store, resize, and display that content to operate your listing and the service. You must have the rights and permissions needed for uploaded photos. Replacing a photo replaces the active listing image.

Prohibited imagery

Storefront photos must depict your business and must be shared with appropriate permission. Sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate imagery, and AI-generated non-consensual intimate imagery are prohibited. MeronDito does not provide AI image-generation or intimate-imagery features. Report inappropriate listings to noreply@merondito.shop.

Acceptable use and moderation

Do not abuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious content, or interfere with other users. Administrators may withhold or revoke store approval for inaccurate, unlawful, or abusive listings. The service may be interrupted for maintenance or changed as the pilot develops.

Service limitations

The service is provided as available. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, complete map accuracy, or current merchant inventory. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or obligations that cannot legally be excluded.

Privacy, contact, and changes

The Privacy Policy explains current data handling and infrastructure limitations. MeronDito is operated by John Philip Garcia. For support, listing concerns, or questions about these terms, email noreply@merondito.shop. Updated terms will show a revised date on this page.
